Afternoon Outlook: SSW swell tops out for widespread chest-shoulder high surf. Better breaks head-high to a bit overhead as standouts in the far north county go a couple feet overhead on sets. Enough NW energy in the mix so the open beachbreaks are offering up the odd corner.
