Waist+ southerly windswell, biggest around mid/high tide. Choppy and disorganized conditions.
The low tide in the mid-morning isn't ideal but there should be waves around early and again over the afternoon. Conditions are bumpy and choppy but it'll be worth taking advantage of the uptick in surf while we have it.
I'd plan for a drift session around the mid-PM high tide to try to make the most of it. It is July and we gotta take advantage of surf when we have it.
