Afternoon Outlook: SSW-SW swell from Elida slowly eases, mixing with newSouthern Hemi swell to help keep up surf heights. Fun size at many breaks (waist-chest high). Top spots south county hit shoulder high. Shape is best for spots with structure but there are corners around the beachbreaks.
