Avalon Jetty Surf Guide
A more consistent break over a stretch of average spots in an exclusive beach town. The break is to the south of the jetty, which separates the Avalon town beach from Townsends Inlet; probably the most well-known/most surfed spot in Avalon. This spot is essentially set up by the large jetty that faces southeast and breaks less critical (more user friendly) than a lot of New Jersey spots. Works on swells from almost any angle. Northwest winds are offshore but the jetty offers protection from a north wind.
