Cabretta Island Surf Guide

A small, stunning island that fronts Sapelo Island, Cabretta features a beachbreak out in front of the campground. It also has a long sandspit point that offers longer than average lefts on east or northeast swells. The sandspit is best on low to mid-tide. The beachbreak is best at high tide and works on all swells.
