Copa Surf Guide

Copa is home base for the Bull Bay surfing community. A solid right reefbreak that can handle anything from knee-high to 20-foot hurricane surf. The flat reef sets up the takeoff spot and the sandbar, which gets formed on the east side of the reef and can turn Copa into one of the best waves on the south coast. With beautiful blue water on glassy mornings, Copa makes a drastic change of face once the wind comes up and starts to stir up the fine dark sand along the shoreline. On good days, 50-100-yard rides are not uncommon.
