Desert Point is a fast-breaking right-hand pointbreak that reels down the line for what feels like an eternity. Signposted from the main road, Deserts is often quieter than other spots due to the longer drive. Low to mid tide sees long hollow sections breaking over a shallow sand bottom with some rocks on the inside. Deserts picks up more swell than surrounding spots and can also handle wind. Read more
