Hardly the best wave in Mainland Mexico, El Camaron typically has small, weak lefthanders. This isn't to say El Camaron doesn't get good. Because it is a rocky headland that conveniently juts southwest into the Pacific - with no island shadow from the same direction - it does have its moments in the spring and summer months, when Southern Hemis are at their strongest.
