Hultin's Surf Guide
Hultin's is really outside Laniakea, positioned just west of what is the top of Jocko's and east of the more regular Laniakea takeoff zone. Like Laniakea, Hultin's is a righthander that will meld into Laniakea proper, especially during the more favorable northerly angled swells strike the North Shore.

Humility and respect appreciated.
Crowd Factor
Hit or miss, but count on at least a handful of surfers out when it's breaking.
Spot Rating
Really just a further out take-off spot of Lanis, especially on the more northerly swells.
Shoulder Burn
Very long paddle out and back.
Water Quality
Intermittent run-off during period of heavy rain.
Hazards
Reef, long hold-downs, sharks, strong currents, swinger sets that close out the line-up.
Access
Easy: Park in the dirt lot on the inland side of Kam Highway, just across from Laniakea beach.
