Still some surf in the water off ENE swell but onshore breezes continue to add lump and bump.
The onshore winds are not as strong as previous days but still moderate onshore. This keeps conditions textured/bumpy to near semi choppy all day. Plenty of surf around though, so if can tuck in around some structure might find a few worthwhile waves. Better spots are still in the chest-shoulder high range, so could be worth a look given the time of year.

Lori Wilson Park's wide beach, ample parking and tourist facilities make it more of a family fun center than a surf spot, but the sandbars are as sufficient as anywhere else in town. Most surfers come here when a NE swell is out of control in the southern part of the county, or for NW winds, which are better here than beaches to the south. Read more
