Tidal range is under 0.6 meters, so all tides yield the same results. Besides, given the slim morning window, no one plays the tides here. They play the trades.

Mananero Surf Guide

Just southeast from Cabarete, past Punta Goleta toward the La Boca rivermouth, there are myriad beachbreaks ranging from playful to thumping to peaky to racey — some of which can over-perform on otherwise-pedestrian easterly windswells and all of which are vulnerable to the mid-morning trades. Mananero is one of the better ones, offering a bowlier, hollower experience than most DR beachbreaks. The lefts tend to be better.
