Masnou Surf Guide

A near-mythical wave found on the southwestern side of the harbour, it peaks near the harbourmouth and sends long, reeling lefts firing down the beach. It's fast, with occasional hollow sections, coming to life in a decent windswell or a proper groundswell, and can be well over head high. Will be busy when it's on, but there's plenty of waves to go round. It's a long paddle back, so many do the walk around.

A steep take off, speeding sections and crowds to dodge mean this is a wave best left to experienced surfers.
