Nobbys Beach Surf Guide

With its iconic lighthouse at the harbor entrance, Nobbys Beach is home to a multitude of breaks, including a wedgy left that comes off the breakwall, a sand spit left, a left-hand rock reef, a surging right-hand rock shelf, and finally Nobbys Bank, a sand-dredging left that in the ‘70s honed the legendary tube-riding skills of the likes of Peter McCabe and Roger Clements. Nobbys is semi sheltered in south and southwest winds.
