Pacasmayo Surf Guide

Pacasmayo is an extremely long and perfect lefthand point that picks up a lot of swell, and it's the next big point north of Chicama. Unfortunately, Puemape, a hollow left point, is not sheltered from the prevailing S wind, so it blows out easily during prime season. Surf it early or not at all. Take off at the top of the rocky point and race it into the bay, where it fattens considerably. A fast wave.
