Calm or offshore from an easterly direction (NE to E to SE). Mornings usually always see light wind and clean conditions, before an afternoon seabreeze develops.

Pinetrees Surf Guide
A rocky, reefy stretch of beach that offers left and right peaks. Pinetrees will very rarely offer perfection, but it is a great beginner to intermediate spot.
Local Vibe
This is a popular local hang-out. Humility and respect expected.

Few on weekdays, crowded on weekends and holidays

Can get good at chest-overhead with offshore wind, but usually average.

Easy. Paved road straight to it now, that goes around the Kohanaiki Golf and Ocean Club.

Year-round. Winter NW-WNW swells and summer S-SW swells. Most consistent in summer.
