Pipes Surf Guide
Connecting the dots between Cardiff Reef and Swami's is a stretch of erratic reef known as the San Elijo, or Cardiff, Campgrounds. Although most of these waves are too fickle and/or protected to mention here, Pipes, at the north end of the campground, offers a consistent lefthander. The wave offers a rippable wall and is dependable call for low tide sessions during the winter months.
