Pretty solid head high S/SSW swell with SW winds most of the day and poor conditions.
Afternoon Outlook: Surf has built to around head+ high or so at lunch. SW winds continue adding texture for the afternoon. It does not look like conditions will improve before dark, but this is still worth watching for some chunky good sized peaks. Biggest surf we have seen in a while.

Good from afar, far from good. Such is the Poles brand slogan. In all fairness, it can be a lot worse on Long Island.
