Praia Azul Surf Guide
One of the most consistent beaches in the area, this long stretch of sand is home to a number of sandbars and a couple of sand covered reefs. At the northen end of the bay is a righthand reef. Best in small to medium swells.

Mostly chilled with some humility and respect.

Popular but a long beach with plenty of peaks.

A consistent and flexible beachbreak with some fun, walling lefts and rights - plus a right hand reef at the northern end.

Fine when small, can be hard paddle out when bigger.

OK but can suffer from agricultural run-off from the river.
