Today

Solid day of waves - clean AM, manageable crumble PM & likely evening clean up.

SSW swell tops out for widespread chest-head high surf. Better breaks head-high to a bit overhead as standouts go a couple to a few feet overhead at times. Not a lot of NW energy in the mix so the open beachbreaks are pretty walled -- especially around the early/mid-AM low tide but the odd corner should pop up.

Light wind early then SW wind for much of the day but never looks too bad - just expect to deal with some crumble. Wind should lighten in the late afternoon/evening.
