Tiavea Bay Surf Guide

A beautifully lush drive through Uafato Conservation Area will land you in this equally beautiful bay on Upolu's north coast, where there are four spots. The most popular and reliable is the cobblestone rivermouth, offering fun peaks and tubes. There are a couple of righthanders (including one that has been compared to Sunset in Hawaii) and a fast, hollow and somewhat fickle left reef/point. Nothing world-class, but a nice change of pace and scenery from the famous south coast waves.
