Atlantic Dunes Park Surf Guide

Keep winding down from Boynton for 15 minutes and you'll hit Delray. or access it from 95 on Linton Boulevard. The East End of Delray Beach is pleasant. Many fine restaurants, shops and bars line Atlantic Boulevard (the road that accesses the beaches), and there are a couple of breaks to choose from.

Atlantic Dunes Park has sandbars that work well on wind swell from any direction, but it likes the north swells that miss the Treasure Coast and the Palm Beaches. The park is located north of Linton Boulevard. So many peaks break at Atlantic Dunes Park that crowds are only a factor if the surf is small and concentrated on one or two peaks. Parking, on the other hand, is brutal; get there early.
