Lingering NE swell in the water with some rideable surf sticking around. Onshore winds.
Waist-chest high surf still with us at the better spots but mostly checking in around the thigh-waist high range south of the Juno area. We are down quite a bit in size from Thursday but still looking surfable and it may be worth a go on the morning lower tide. Conditions not great with moderate NE/ENE winds but plenty manageable.

Keep winding down from Boynton for 15 minutes and you'll hit Delray. or access it from 95 on Linton Boulevard. The East End of Delray Beach is pleasant.
