Some OK early AM options then going onshore and lumpy.
Size about head high on the open coast but the quality will be dropping pretty quickly through the morning. Breezy NW winds first up with give us some OK options at the exposed beachies - a bit cross shore but should be cleanish around dawn, with semi-exposed S facing spots clean.
By mid-morning though options will be shutting down as winds start trending a breezy to strong W then WSW in later PM. Onshore lumpy surf at exposures and not really much size getting into protected points.

Cat Bay Surf Guide
Cat Bay has two great reef setups. From the parking lot located in the middle of the big, sweeping bay, you can look out over Shelley Beach to the west, Right Point directly in front of you, and Flynns Reef in the distance to the east, with the latter two being the premier options. Cat Bay is worth checking out when large SW swells are able to push around the western tip of Phillip Island.
