Pembrey Surf Guide

Cefn Sidan as it's known in Welsh is an eight-mile stretch of golden sand and one of the treasures of Pembrey Country Park. Perfect spot for beginners when there's a gentle swell and light wind conditions - intermediates can also find quite peaks away from other more crowded spots. Gently sloping sand-bars produce perfect learner waves mid-to-high-tide. Beware of restricted MOD land to the north.
