Onshore wind settles down, options for decent surf this afternoon

Afternoon Outlook: conditions slowly starting to improve this afternoon as the tide drops to low, especially further east where onshore wind is now fairly light. The tide small enough to allow for shoulder/head-high sets at the best breaks.
