Lingering NE swell in the water with some rideable surf sticking around. Onshore winds.
Waist-chest high surf still with us at the better spots but mostly checking in around the thigh-waist high range south of the Juno area. We are down quite a bit in size from Thursday but still looking surfable and it may be worth a go on the morning lower tide. Conditions not great with moderate NE/ENE winds but plenty manageable.

Working on any ground or windswell, this mile-long stretch rivals Lake Worth Pier's title as the most consistent surf spot in South Florida. Although the outside reef fires on occasion, it's really an inside wave and something of a reform.
