Lingering NE swell in the water with some rideable surf sticking around. Onshore winds.
Waist-chest high surf still with us at the better spots but mostly checking in around the thigh-waist high range south of the Juno area. We are down quite a bit in size from Thursday but still looking surfable and it may be worth a go on the morning lower tide. Conditions not great with moderate NE/ENE winds but plenty manageable.

Two sandbars, one inside, one way out back, parallel to each other between Jupiter Inlet and the Juno Beach Pier. When a good swell is running, many sections of these sandbars create good, long walls. Watch out for rocks, though. When conditions are right, a fun wave will break beyond the dunes at any given point, but the Jupiter Inlet's south side is one of the best big waves around.
