Lingering NE swell in the water with some rideable surf sticking around. Onshore winds.
Waist-chest high surf still with us at the better spots but mostly checking in around the thigh-waist high range south of the Juno area. We are down quite a bit in size from Thursday but still looking surfable and it may be worth a go on the morning lower tide. Conditions not great with moderate NE/ENE winds but plenty manageable.

These sandbars are a good option if Lake Worth isn't worth the hassle. They're fun at mid-tide and on east-southeast windswells. Look for short, fast rights and lefts breaking off the two buoys. Constant paddling is usually required to stay in position.
